Who we are
FanDi is a software and AI engineering studio based in the United Arab Emirates, serving clients across the GCC. You can contact us at [email protected], on WhatsApp, or through the website agent.
Website information and project agreements
Information on this website describes our services in general terms. Any project is governed by a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this website differs from that proposal or agreement, the signed document applies.
Estimates and our price ceiling
- The Estimate page shows an indicative timeline and an estimated final total for the scope you select or describe.
- Our price-ceiling promise: for the same scope, the final price in our formal proposal will not exceed the estimated total you saw on the website.
- Before work starts, an engineer confirms the scope with you. If the confirmed scope differs from what was selected or described, for example because information was incomplete or inaccurate, we prepare a new estimate in the same transparent way, and it only applies with your approval.
- Features you request after the scope is approved are estimated separately and only added with your approval.
- Estimates and saved quote references (Q-…) are not binding offers or contracts. A binding commitment exists only in a signed proposal or agreement.
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
The AI agent
- The website agent is an automated AI assistant, not a person.
- Its answers are general information and may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice.
- Nothing the agent says creates a contract or a commitment by FanDi. Prices, timelines and terms are confirmed in writing by our team.
- Please do not share passwords, bank card details, identity documents or other sensitive data in the chat.
Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
- copy or extract content at scale using automated tools without our permission;
- misuse the AI agent, for example by sending spam or trying to make it ignore its rules.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and demos on this website belong to FanDi or its licensors, and you may not reuse them without our permission. Ownership of work we deliver for clients is set out in each project agreement.
Lab demos
The demos in the Lab are studio concepts provided for illustration, as they are. Do not upload confidential documents to them. Files uploaded to the Document AI demo are processed in memory and never stored.
Third-party services
If you contact us through WhatsApp or other third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FanDi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, the AI agent or the estimator. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute about them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
