What does FanDi do?
FanDi is a UAE-based software and AI engineering studio. We build web and mobile apps, business systems and AI agents, and we offer five services: Project Delivery, Dedicated Teams, Maintenance & Evolution, AI Agent Deployment and AI Agent Workforce Ops.
Which countries do you work with?
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and serve clients across the GCC: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
How much does a project cost?
Use the Estimate page: pick what you need and you will see how long a typical team would take and what it would charge, alongside FanDi's timeline and estimated final total. You can save the estimate to get a quote reference.
Can the final price really not exceed the estimate?
Yes. For the same scope, the final price in our formal proposal will not exceed the estimated total you saw on the website. An engineer confirms the scope with you before work starts, and new features you ask for later are estimated the same way and only added with your approval.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects ship in weeks rather than months. The Estimate page shows an indicative timeline for your scope, and the exact plan is confirmed in our proposal.
How do AI agents make delivery faster and cheaper?
AI agents handle repetitive engineering work, such as boilerplate code, tests and documentation, in parallel with our engineers. That means fewer billable hours, and the saving is built into the price. Senior engineers own every decision and review the work.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. Clients own all code, intellectual property, accounts and infrastructure, and we sign an NDA before detailed discussions.
Can you take over an existing app or system?
Yes. With Maintenance & Evolution we take over existing software, including code we didn't write, then stabilise it, keep it secure and up to date, and continue building new features.
Can you build an AI agent for my website or WhatsApp?
Yes. With AI Agent Deployment we build agents that handle sales, support and onboarding conversations on your website, in your app or on messaging channels. They answer from your own knowledge base and hand over to your team at the right moment.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. We work with clients in English and Arabic, and our website agent replies in either language at any time of day.
How quickly will a person reply?
Our team usually replies within 30 minutes during working hours, 9:00 to 19:00 Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), every day of the week. At peak times it can take a little longer.
How do I get started?
